Camera permission is denied / “needs camera permission”
Open your phone Settings → find MotionFlow → enable Camera. On iOS, also check that camera access is allowed for the app. Then reopen MotionFlow and try Create Action or Start Workout again. Without camera access, pose tracking and counting cannot run.
The skeleton does not match my body / counting is inaccurate
Stand so your full body is in frame, with good lighting and a stable camera. Keep the phone upright (portrait) while creating an exercise or training. Recreate the exercise if you recorded it while the device was sideways. Move a bit closer if the app asks you to.
Does MotionFlow need the internet?
Core create / count / plan features are designed to work offline on your device. Internet may be used for optional ads, in-app purchases, or opening this website.
Where is my workout data stored?
Exercise templates and counts are stored locally on your phone. Deleting an action in the app removes that action’s local data. Uninstalling the app usually removes remaining local app data.
Ads or VIP / restore purchases
Free users may see ads (Google advertising). If you purchased VIP, use Restore Purchases in the app (and make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase). Store billing issues are handled by Apple or Google.
Microphone or photo library prompts
Some devices may ask for microphone or photo library access when saving or exporting media. You can deny these if you are not using those features; camera access is still required for pose counting.
App language
MotionFlow follows your system language. This website also auto-detects browser language, and you can switch language from the menu at the top right.
